*Tickets for the 38th TIFF will not be sold at the box offices of each screening theater. Tickets may be purchased from the online ticket site or at the Yurakucho Station ticket center, which will be set up after October 27.

You will receive a purchase completion email after your purchase, but you will need a QR code for admission.
The QR code for admission can be obtained at [Confirmation URL] from 24 hours before the start of the screening.

  • To access your ticket information, you will need your confirmation number and the phone number you provided at the time of purchase.
  • You can purchase tickets for Tokyo International Film Festival screenings at Kadokawa Cinema Yurakucho, Humantrust Cinema Yurakucho, Cine Switch Ginza, TOHO Cinemas Chanter, TOHO Cinemas Hibiya, Marunouchi Piccadilly, Hulic Hall Tokyo.

  • The number of tickets available for purchase is limited to 2 per order for all screenings.
  • In case the purchase deadline for reserved tickets has expired, tickets may be re-sold on TIFF Official Website.
  • Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable in event of loss.
  • Unauthorized resale of tickets, ticket exchange numbers or QR codes for commercial purposes is prohibited.
  • Those found to have purchased tickets from any source other than the TIFF Ticket Center in front of Yurakucho Station or TIFF Online Ticket will be denied admission.
  • Pre-school children are not allowed to enter the theater, except for screenings designated by the organizer (Children over 3 years old will require a ticket).
  • In accordance with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Ordinance for the Sound Development of Youth, children under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter the theater between 23:00 and 4:00 the next morning. The same applies when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Tickets for TIFF are not eligible for services at each venue.
  • Discounted rates for the disabled do not apply as TIFF is not regular screenings.
  • There will be no previews before the screening. Please make sure to enter the theater before the screening starts.
