Along with junior high school students participating in TIFF 2025: Teens Meet Cinema, he will watch a film from the festival’s Youth section and engage in free-flowing conversation. Comment from Ikematsu Sosuke
I am truly honored and thrilled to be given this wonderful opportunity at TIFF 2025: Teens Meet Cinema. I look forward to spending time with the children — to meet them, encounter film together, listen to the inner voice of cinema, respect one another, scratch our heads and exchange opinions. I look forward to an unforgettable film experience as part of Cine Club, and hope that seriously engaging with film alongside the friends they make here will become a happy experience that stays with the children into their future. I look forward to glimpsing the future of cinema at the Tokyo International Film Festival.
